California Transparency in Supply Chain Statement
DeRoyal Industries, Inc. follows the law everywhere we operate, and we require the same of our vendors. DeRoyal’s policies require that we pay our workers fairly, and we conduct regular audits of our workforce relationships to ensure that all applicable standards are being met. At DeRoyal, we rely on our vendors to certify their compliance with laws upon beginning a relationship and require them to recertify at regular intervals.
DeRoyal employees who work with the supply chain and in employee relations are trained on all relevant procedures, and DeRoyal’s internal audit process is designed to ensure compliance with all procedures.
DeRoyal’s motto is “Improving Care. Improving Business.” That extends to improving our supply chain, and doing so in a way that improves the lives of the people who work as employees or contractors to help us bring quality healthcare products to market around the world.
