Our sales residency program has proven to be a win-win for us. We hire quality individuals who are here to learn and make a difference. This program exposes qualificants to a diverse variety of tasks, learning opportunities and hands-on experience.
Residents experience a rotation through the departments of DeRoyal, building knowledge of sales, operations, DeRoyal® products and assisting with various company projects. Each person has the opportunity to travel with sales representatives and learn practical operations from medical locations such as hospitals, surgical centers, DMEs and more.
While in the field, residents interact with clinicians, while providing in-service for DeRoyal® products. Working alongside sales representatives expands product knowledge and develops professional growth for residents. When traveling with sales representatives, residents also have the benefit of exploring and experiencing a new city. After completion of the residency program, sales residents may establish a successful role within the company – usually in medical device sales.
